OUWEI 4-way ball valve adopts a three-body valve body + X-type orthogonal flow path ball design. The four through-holes are evenly distributed on the equatorial circumferential section of the ball and are precisely matched with the four connecting ports of the valve body. A 90° rotation can complete the synchronous switching of double flow paths, realizing the flow path conversion between A↔B/C↔D and A↔D/B↔C. It meets the core working conditions such as medium reversal in heat exchange systems and dual-loop backup switching. Compared with traditional multi-valve combination schemes, it can reduce more than 60% of pipeline connection points, significantly lowering construction costs and leakage risks.

The product has achieved technological breakthroughs in sealing and adaptability: the valve seat adopts a metal-nonmetal composite sealing structure. The soft-sealed version can reach ANSI Class VI bubble-tight sealing, while the hard-sealed model undergoes hard alloy surfacing treatment, with the sealing surface hardness reaching above HRC68, which can withstand pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500 and a wide temperature range of -40℃~550℃. Meanwhile, it supports the integration of various drive devices such as handle, worm gear, pneumatic and electric actuators, and the valve position can be locked to prevent misoperation, adapting to the remote control needs of automated production lines.
